These cupcakes were made to go along with a Little Mermaid birthday theme. You may not be able to tell from the photos, but they were placed in Little Mermaid cupcake holders. The mom also had little Ariel cupcake toppers she had at home so she just requested the cupcakes be decorated like the ocean floor:
The little oysters had edible pearls in each one:
